Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled service will receive a full credit toward a future booking. No cancellation fee applies.

Less than 24 hours notice

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service may incur a 50% cancellation fee. This helps cover the time that has been reserved specifically for your pet.

Same-day cancellations & no-shows

Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full service fee. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to work with you.

Rescheduling

We're happy to reschedule your booking where availability allows. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate your request.

Holiday & peak period bookings

Bookings made during public holidays and peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter) require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee.
