Refund policy

Digital Products:
Digital downloads and custom digital portraits are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned. However, if you receive a corrupted file or experience delivery issues, we will resend your order at no charge.

One free proof is provided with all custom orders. If you're not satisfied with the proof, we'll work with you to make adjustments. Once you approve the proof and the final file is delivered, no refunds are available.

Custom Pricing:
Standard pricing applies to portraits featuring up to 3 pets. Portraits with more than 3 pets or including human subjects require custom pricing. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
